Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain a strong network of talented IT professionals across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Java, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, IAM, and other technology domains.
The primary responsibility is to identify high-quality professionals and convince them to join our talent bench, allowing AskMeIdentity to market their profiles to potential clients for current and future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source talented IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and other channels.
- Identify strong candidates across multiple technology domains and understand their skills and project experience.
- Approach candidates and effectively communicate the benefits of joining AskMeIdentity’s talent bench.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with candidates and keep them engaged.
- Obtain candidate consent to market their profiles for suitable client opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, resumes, skills, availability, and preferences.
- Continuously expand and refresh the active talent bench.
- Work with recruiters and business development teams to match bench talent with client requirements.
- Track sourcing, conversion, engagement, and bench-building metrics.
Ideal candidate: Strong communicator, persistent, relationship-oriented, excellent at LinkedIn/Boolean sourcing, and comfortable convincing passive candidates to join a professional talent network.
